History
In 2010 the State of Arizona closed a number of small-town MVD offices in Arizona. Jack and Jan Kortsen didn’t want to see the service leave the community and worked hand and hand with the City of Willcox and the State of Arizona to quickly open a Third Party Office in Willcox. Since then they have expanded to open additional offices in rural areas.

Since 2007, MVP has provided full service motor vehicle registration, title, and driver license services with offices in Willcox and Benson. As your licensed and bonded one stop motor vehicle registration and driver license office, MVP provides faster, friendlier services with shorter wait times, for a nominal convenience fee.

Authorized Third Party MVD Locations (ATP’s) are contracted by the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division to perform title, registration, inspection services, driver license and other motor vehicle services.
